Neighborhood Lights is an artist in residence program of Light City Baltimore that pairs five artists with five Baltimore City neighborhoods to create temporary illuminated public art works within the neighborhood of their residency. In its pilot year, Neighborhood Lights was developed to expand Light City Baltimore beyond its Inner Harbor footprint into the communities of Coldstream Homestead Montebello, Hampden, Greater Mondawmin, Station North, and Little Italy. Projects featured performance art, live music, and projection mapping–all open and free to the public during the inaugural Light City Baltimore festival March 28-April 3, 2016.

Featured artists included Jose Andres Rosero-Curet, Isaac Ewart, Joe Reinsel, Labbodies, Wickerham & Lomax, Llamadon Collective, Blaqstarr, Faame, the Speak Life Tour, and Joy Postell.
